How to refer your clients to our veterinary scheme

Our Together Through Homelessness vet scheme is a UK-wide scheme for dog owners experiencing homelessness anywhere in the country. We partner with vet practices in more than 100 towns and cities across the UK. You can find a list of the areas where we have partner vet practices below.

Find a partner vet practice

If your organisation is in one of these areas and it's a registered charity or run by a local authority, you can register as a partner homelessness service with us and do quick online referrals for your clients.

We'll just need a few details about your service before we email you your login details for our online referral system.

If you're already registered with us, login to your account area. You'll find new applications and existing applications here. You can also request a password reminder if you've forgotten your details.

Not in an area with a partner vet practice?

If your service isn't in one of the areas, we can still register your client's dog on our vet scheme over the phone. They can ring us Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5pm on 020 7833 7611.

We'll just take a few details about them and their dog and will chat about the next steps for arranging a vet appointment for their dog.

Please let us know if your client doesn't have credit and we can call them at a time that's convenient.
