Once your dog is registered with us, we'll cover all preventative treatments and most other essential and emergency treatment that your dog may need. There are a few things we can't cover, but we'll let you know about these when you register your dog.
If there's something we can't cover, we'll always discuss this with you and your vet practice. We'll always make sure there are other options for your dog.
We're a UK-wide scheme so we can help you no matter where you are in the country. We do have some areas where we have partner vet practices, but if you're not in one of these areas, we'll contact a local vet practice where your dog can get treatment.
